White wine from old rain-fed vines, fermented in stainless steel and aged for 10 months in medium-roasted French oak barrels and facing south. The result is a complex and iconoclastic wine, which combines the Rioja and Andalusian wine tradition with a very modern perspective.

After a stainless steel fermentation, this wine spends 10 months in French oak barrels and 4 months in the bottle before going to market.

Yellow, old gold, high layer and golden trim. Memories of apple reineta, hints of raisins and flowers. Balsamic and fresh background with tropical notes. Taste of fresh notes wrapped in smoked and butters. Intense mouth entry, much volume and complexity. Silky step with memories of smoked butter. Acid and fresh mouth finish.

Founded in 2016 by Gonzalo Rodríguez. Look for old and special vineyards to make modern, different and fresh wines. The basis of this project is the vineyard, so each vintage the elaborations and aging are subject to the characteristics of the grape according to the harvest, so it does not always follow the conventional patterns of Rioja.

As a small wayward, some wines are outside the Denomination since its elaboration style is not allowed.

All the wines that it produces are limited editions, because only what each plot offers is produced.
