Abel Mendoza, grain to grain Graciano.

This wine is a varietal Graciano from the winery’s own vineyards, with an average age of 35 years. The vineyards are located on the bank of the Ebro, on clay soils, marls and fine sandstones.

The cultivation follows organic farming methods. As for the design, manually after husking grain by grain, it is carried out must fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The winery was founded in 1988 by Abel Mendoza and his wife Maite Fernandez. In less than a decade it has gone to elaborate young wine exclusively to research and innovation in winemaking and livestock. The first important results came with white 1998 Abel Mendoza Personal Selection 1998. Currently recover monovarietales fermenting white wood and are of very low production.
